If you would like to pay your City of Whitesboro Utility Bill, please click here. You will need to know your Utility Account Number and the last payment amount that haas posted to your account to set up online access.

Building permits are now accessible by clicking the Building Permits link to the right. Once registered, you can request permits, pay for permits online and also request inspections.

Easy Pay is not an option at this time, it is reserved for future events.

Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

All payments are subject to a 3% processing fee in addition to a convenience fee of $2.00.Failure to receive bill does not entitle payment without penalty. 10% penalty if not paid by 5:00 pm on the 10th. Service will be disconnected if not paid by 10:00 am on the 22nd. Any extension requests must be in our office, in writing by 5:00 pm on the 21st. All payments received after 5:00 pm will be posted the following business day.
