Utility Billing

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Failure to receive a bill does not exempt payment from penalties. A 10% late fee will be applied if payment is not received by 5:00 p.m. on the 10th. Service will be disconnected if payment is not received by 10:00 a.m. on the 22nd. All extension requests must be submitted in writing and received in our office by 5:00 p.m. on the 21st. If you are receiving energy assistance, please contact our office at (903) 564-3311 for further assistance.

Payments made after 5:00 p.m. will be posted the next business day and will incur a 3% processing fee in addition to any applicable convenience fees.

If service is disconnected for non-payment, a $25.00 disconnect fee will be required, in addition to the past due balance, prior to reconnection. After-hours reconnection will incur an additional $25.00 fee per City ordinance. Please call City Hall to verify balance before making your payment during office hours, after hours you can call the non-emergency number for the Police Department.

The City of Whitesboro is NOT responsible for the postal service.
