Electric usage information is not currently available through this portal.
The City of Whitesboro’s current electric Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system does not support a customer-facing usage portal and does not have the capability to communicate real-time electric consumption directly to customers. While the AMI system provides the City with meter data for utility operations and billing purposes, the current system does not provide customers with online access to real-time or interval electric usage information.
At this time, there is no customer portal, website, or mobile application provided by the City of Whitesboro through which customers can view their current electric consumption.
Please note: This is a limitation of the City’s current metering system and is not an issue with this portal. A customer electric-usage portal is simply not supported by the current AMI system.

Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
All payments are subject to a 3% processing fee in addition to a convenience fee of $2.00.Failure to receive bill does not entitle payment without penalty. 10% penalty if not paid by 5:00 pm on the 10th. Service will be disconnected if not paid by 10:00 am on the 22nd. Any extension requests must be in our office, in writing by 5:00 pm on the 21st. All payments received after 5:00 pm will be posted the following business day.
